Speaking of great 80s cartoons, the complete Dungeons & Dragons cartoon series
can be had on DVD from Amazon for $5.99.
Part of me wants to get it, and the other part of me says the memory of
watching them is probably better than going back and watching them for real.
Certainly was can't miss TV for my Saturday mornings though.

Grandma's first car -- bit of "remembrance" or way of "knowing" her a bit -- he
likely barely remembers the hullaballoo which was her funeral gathering (he was
3; now 6).  DOES make for difficult Christmas(es) still -- "the" event was Dec.
21.

MIGHT be "stuck" with a 1969 Corvair -- seems all any online sites list (WAS
realy same vehicle -- '66 was first of new body style)

I haven't seen any worthy successor to the Speak & Spell. I wouldn't be
surprised if current-gen kids didn't know what ET uses to phone home.

I miss the vIewMaster and the other thingie that showed "personal movies" or
something like that; no real equivalent to that one either.
